The original individual company of Panagiotis Sakellarakis was founded in 1978 in Chalkida, with the aim of studying and constructing private and public projects.
Reliability, speed, aesthetics, as well as impeccable manufacturing quality soon establish it in its field. The company follows a continuous upward trend. As a public works contractor, it constructs building and engineering projects, as well as road construction projects throughout the prefecture of Evia. In parallel with the compensation system, it builds more than thirty apartment buildings in Chalkida.
In 2004, the individual company was staffed with engineers and other specialties and evolved into an anonymous technical company with the name “Panagiotis I. Sakellarakis ATE”, always under the guidance of Panagiotis Sakellarakis.
Since 2006, the civil engineers Dimitra Sakellaraki and Eleni Sakellaraki have been permanent partners of the company, while in 2009 the civil engineer Dimitrios Skouros was added.
